quigley0
Not all grilling recipies translate well to the Forman grill (indoor grill). So I have been trying several to see what work. Here is a recipie I found: Steak Recipie Tried it on my forman grill. I was worried that the pepper and coffee would burn. But, it turned out great. I'd change the pepper/coffee ratio to 2 coffee per 1 pepper. The pepper was a little too overpowering for the coffee. Next time, I really want to get the coffee flavor. I may even try it with out the pepper.
Blaise Veteran Posted January 14, 2004 Veteran Share Posted January 14, 2004 I have had that before, was delicious, though cooked over open flame not a foreman. I have 2 foreman's, my fave is the fusion grill, great for kebabs and chicken breasts etc.. :)

bayrider
ive never had coffee bean and pepercorn steak... only peppercorn and its delicious, nice and crunchy crust and soft in the middle. and dont worry about putting too much pepercorn, it completely loses its taste once its cooked.
