Skiver 1,960 Posted February 22, 2017 As surprising as I find this, I actually think that's even worse than the Sauber! I'm really disliking the fins more and more and that horrible step in the nose

Daedroth 492 Posted February 23, 2017 I think the shark fin ruins the whole look of that Sauber out on track.
+Frank B. 7,151 Posted February 23, 2017 What the video does illustrate very well is how much more aggressive the wider 2017 cars look compared to last years' cars. But yeah, shame about the fin.
Skiver 1,960 Posted February 23, 2017 I think the fin on the Sauber is more acceptable than the fin on the Force India but I'd still rather it just wasn't there. I've never understood how that can be aerodynamically beneficial. In the right conditions maybe, but surely when there is a cross wind that would just act as a sail and make the car so much more difficult to handle?! Skiver 1,960 Posted February 23, 2017 No stupid fin (no not you Valtteri)!! Maybe I've not picked up on it on other cars as much but that floor seems much wider than others. Also a lot of detail in the barge board area.

philcruicks 259 Posted February 24, 2017 That extra set of Fin's on the Ferrari is interesting. Also strange shaped side pod intakes. Nice to see different solutions, as is often the case in new aero reg years, they'll all look the same next year when they work out which is best. and the Orange is....interesting... philcruicks 259 Posted February 27, 2017 (edited) Toro Rosso take the prize for best livery by far this season. Very nice looking car. Lets just hope they all get round a track as quick as they look like they can.
