After getting a smartphone of a colleague, he was blocked by the operator for they realize that changed owner and decided to block and to erase the screen.

This is selfish thinking of mac, what do you think of this kind of control?

the person bought another phone and transferred the account, everything normal. they have a lot of jealousy and control in this company.

the mac is a company very jealous

If you are talking about an iPhone, ONLY the owner can block and erase the screen. Even with Android,  carriers can not do this. Carriers do NOT have the info required to do it. Carriers can BLACKLIST the phone and that's it. If it indeed blocked and erased, only 2 possibilities. 1) it wasn't your friends to give to you and the real owner locked the account on icloud or google accounts. OR 2) Someone knows your freinds log in to google accounts or icloud.com and did it to be stupid.

Also: If by mac you mean apple, they are not a carrier and do not care who owns the phone. If you have been "locked out" of the phone, that has nothing to with them and is the security of the owner who bought the phone.

Sounds like you're in possession of a stolen phone.

not necessarily that, it just shows them with technology is very, very "precious", the weakest cell phones do not give as much importance as the apple.

imagine if all the technology were not so? Has a lot of technology that does not have as much control.

Delete everything and leave it unlocked, why not?

This protection is for YOUR benefit. iCloud locking was the best idea ever to fight cellphone thefts. If someone steals your phone - it is useless with the owers email and password. This has a trickle effect too, since it makes iphones useless to steal, resulting in less theft. Win Win.

This would be up to the original owner. NOT apple or any carrier. Apple makes no decision in the matter what so ever.
