The Elder Scrolls Online has just released a title update bringing the game to version 2.7.5 on PC, and whilst it's not as big as the upcoming Morrowind expansion, there are still quite a lot of big changes in the new patch. The update will be coming to consoles on February 21st.

The main draw of the new patch are the 39 new homes you can buy and own in-game. As of the update, you'll be able to take on a short new quest and once you finish it, your first house will be made available to you for free!

After that, the remaining 38 properties can be purchased with in-game gold or crowns, and each property will be available to all characters on your account once the purchase is complete.

There will be six different levels of housing available to you:

Inn Rooms: 3 total, 1 for each alliance

Apartments: 3 total, 1 for each alliance

Small Homes: 10 total, 1 for each of the 10 playable races

Medium Homes: 10 total, 1 for each of the 10 playable races

Large Homes: 10 total, 1 for each of the 10 playable races

Manors: 3 total, 1 for each alliance
