I have an Excel sheet with a list of comments from people from a survey. What's the best way to make something like this from that?

Dang, not working for me. Maybe because I have got a list of thousands of comments, I am getting an error. 

A solution where I can upload the excel sheet would be very helpful

Maybe not Excel (not sure what format your comments are in) but you can use R to create word clouds with a csv as input. Maybe you can just export your spreadsheet as csv?
