BinaryData
Hey Guys and Gals, So, I created a zfs pool (RaidZ2), 10x 6TB Drives. 8 Usable, 2 for parity, and -2TB for zfs stuff. I've gone ahead and installed samba, followed a tutorial to make the folder "storagepool" accessible to anyone. It worked until I tried to move files there from Windows. I don't have Permissions. The folder /storagepool/storagepool is owned by nobody and nogroup. It's chmodded to 0775. I'm trying to figure out what the hell I did wrong. I'm not well versed in Linux, and getting zfs installed was a trip itself. Any suggestions?
SarK0Y
chmod 0777 is dumbest but workable variant.
