patseguin Global Moderator Posted May 14, 2017 Global Moderator Share Posted May 14, 2017 I have a Synology DS1511+ that I've had for years and have always been able to access it using DS Assistant on my PC and also by browsing to the IP address in a browser. It's been a long time since I've had to access and today when I tried, nothing was found. I tried disabling Firewall but it didn't solve anything. I can still access my Plex server on the unit from my media devices so I know it is operation. I went to my Mac and ran the assistant and it found the DS right away.
