I thought I'd share this with you guys as this thing looks great, and exactly what i've been looking for.

It covers three of my major gripes with the console and one minor gripe.

The three major ones being:

  1. The battery life when on the go is poor and does not last any length of time, which is not great if you are stuck on a plane or somewhere you cannot charge/dock it.
  2. Linked to point one would be the issue of charging on the go because some genius thought it would be a good idea to put the charging port at the bottom of the console.
  3. An improved stand that is adjustable to replace the flimsy single stand included with the console.

The minor gripe being resolved would be the slot on the back with an additional two card slots for games so that you don't have to put them in separate cases and can keep them all together.

What real world battery length do you get out of it when playing if you don't mind me asking. Don't own one, just curious. Case looks good but, blends in and would offer protection.

Depends on the game, with zelda you are lucky to top 2.5 hours

Still cannot believe they put the charging port on the bottom.

Not sure how much hands on testing Nintendo actually do, had to stop playing my N3DS completely until I got a chunky silicon case for it because the way I hold it was continually turning it off mid game with no save painful to say the least.
