Looks dope. Can't wait to play this with a wheel on Win10. Was hoping that Microsoft would make mention of VR on its Windows platform and that this game would support it.

 

I hope that pitstops will be animated in the game and not as simple pre-rendered cutscenes.

I'm guessing stuff like dynamic weather is exclusive to X1X and PC. I'll be interested to see what the sacrifices will be made to keep the X1 version still run smoothly at 1080p/60fps, some of that stuff they demonstrated seems like the base X1 would struggle to cope with  might be the first Forza to run at 900p and be upscaled to 1080p (only on the base X1). Wait and see.

That it has OneDrive support is NOT a bad thing - it makes custom tracks from personal collections viable.  (This is something that I leverage in Groove - on Windows and Android - today.)  Yes - it's a mirror of the identical service in Spotify - which is likely why you are ticked off - however, Spotify hides that feature behind a paywall; rather amusingly, Groove does not.  (In other words, you do NOT need Groove's MusicPass.)

Oh it's not a bad thing in the slightest, I just already pay $20 a month for Spotify so not looking to spend anymore on services at the moment  The fact Netflix just jumped to nearly $20 a month with 1/5 the content of the states also means it would of already been scrapped if I wasn't just paying for it for my mum sister etc at this point.

Literally the reason I pre-ordered the XBX. Already have the Ultimate Edition Pre-ordered Digitally, and I rarely go digital for my games. I would love to, but just too good of a deal to be had with physical still thanks to Amazon and Best Buy Gamers Club Unlocked. As soon as Digital starts matching the deals physical can offer, I will gladly go all digital. But I digress.

Really looking forward to playing this on the X. REALLY looking forward to it.

I am going to try not to play it until the X arrives but it will be hard considering there is over 5 weeks between the two. A lot depends on the other games that are out if I can do so.

I think I might be able to hold off looking at the upcoming releases just now. The Evil Within 2 should hold me over for quite some time. I think I am also picking up Destiny 2 as well to play with an old friend. Since I have pretty limited time these days those 2 games may be enough.
I literally am picking up the X initially for Forza, so I feel like holding off is the smart move. If I can actually do it is a whole other story. Will try no doubt.

No idea - however, the demo dropped today, and even 1080p looks DDG (Drop Dead Gorgeous).  However, if I want to add it to the rota, I have a motherboard swap ahead of me (either LGA1151 or Ryzen) - the GPU cuts the ketchup, however, the G3258 does not (and LGA1150 is, unfortunately for me, Dead Socket Territory, as is DDR3).  Nertz.
