Jon
I'm English. We drink a lot. (And we don't drink crappy 3%watery beer either!) Here are our lessons: 1) Water - Drink *as much water as you can* before going asleep, and have some handy during the night. 2) Food - eat before you sleep. Why? 1) Dehydration is the bitch, I always fill up a 2l bottle of water and drink it empty at least once 2) Feeling hungry in the morning can feel a lot like you want to throw up due to a hangover, when really you don't. You just need to eat. If you are still hungover a few days later, then you've not done (1), and (2) probably caused you to throw up, get all hot, shakey and panicy, and it's snowballed. In my experience you're pretty shafted, just ride it out and drink a lot of water. Learn from this mistake, you won't forget it! water..water..water..food..water! I've only had to take painkillers (normal or alkazelter thingies) 2 or 3 times maybe, I rarely get a headache simply because I drink a lot of water. If anything I chunder... and it's always stomach cramps because I need to eat.

Fear the Pandaz
I'm fine now. I went to bed at 7, skipped school, and woke up at 5. It's hard falling asleep because ever time you move you feel sick again... you have to keep your stomach perfectly still.
