I wouldn't sign such a contract, nor should anyone else. What you do outside of work time is none of your employer's business.

Because 95% of the whining, argumentative, hyper-aggressive and just flat obnoxious enough to give feminists a bad name "feminists" are progressives.

More like a few decades of experience with the real thing, our kids experiences on campus etc. and not walking through the world with blinders on.
