ahodes1
Its in the root directory of your boot or system partition. It has the hidden and system attributes.
Apple-a-Day
In the Root of your C:/ drive or what ever letter your boot drive is. To see it you have to fogot folder options and pick view all files, you may hae to check view hidden and system files also. Or if runing XP or 2000 it can be viewed by right clicking my computer then picking properties. when you get to System Porpteries pick advanced tab. hee you will find startup and recovery, the edit button displays the boot ini in a notepad format

ahodes1
@Sleeper Try adding /noguiboot to the end of your OS line in boot.ini and see what happens... no boot logo.
