I need Shelves...

Recommended Posts

Hello again all ,

I will be moving student houses (again) soon... I am looking around my room, there are books everywhere, DVD's, CD's, Files, Puter's & Parts . I have to admit... I have these wooden shelves, they just can't hack it!!

So I am asking you guys, does anyone where I can get decent metal shelving. Lots of it!! At a reasonable price?!?

Argos, and Ikea suck!! Just wooden Crap as far as I can see

Thanks all

Leebobe :pinch:

Yuck!

No accounting for taste, I guess... You are going for the storage room or wharehouse look?

Solid wood shelving works great! Now, that particle board stuff falls apart easily. Perhaps you want an oak sheving system?

I haven't decided yet! A few years ago I saw some simple shelves that were metal and adjustable!! Thats all I need, big adjustable shelves for a bedroom/storage area/mess!!

Those above are OK but I would need about 80 cubes which = $$$$????????

Most large superstores would stock these (Wal-Mart, here on this side of the pond), but they will be light-duty shelves.

If you want something more robust (read: more ? or ?), then might I suggest a "home improvement" type of store. They have storage solutions closer to the commercial variety...
