Evolution-24 Posted August 18, 2017 Share Posted August 18, 2017 Hello all, Considering moving to vodafone for Fibre 38 I am interested in opinions of customers from here, that have network devices, e.g Synology NAS, also I recently found out that I will not get a static ip with home fibre 38. so also wondering if anyone is using a custom dns app successfully or can this be done in their Router? (which is very restricted so i read) I have seen on their forums some old posts mainly from 2016 - March 2017 that their routers have had various network issues and are lacking functionality, I would like to know if this is still the case or has it been solved and experiences of people that have a network at home. right now I am paying £25 pm for ADSL 2, with 100gb day time usage, and what ever i like at night, with static ip, I am happy with this except the speed, but the current voda deal at the same price with far better speed's is very tempting Thanks!
