Will there be an iPhone SE 2 this year?

I was interested in buying the iPhone SE, is there any chance of seeing it this September?

Everything I've read, which are all rumors, is that it could come out early next year (about 2 years after the SE release), A10 Fusion chip, and yep...various other rumors can be found here....
