ULA was slipping until Saturday before cancelling their launch until further notice, also the weather and it just gave them extra time for pre flight checks.

They've had trouble with a couple of flights recently. 

 

Meanwhile, Tory Bruno is on Twitter claiming that they invented in-space refueling and a bunch of other things, which they didn't. This was in his post BFR announcement rant.

Yea ... was neat watching it in the dark atmosphere ... seeing the (I'm assuming) plasma.  Too bad the video downlink cut out. :(

3 reuses, 18 landings. Insertion complete. That should qualify reuse for government launches.
