North Korea’s Kim keeps teen sex slaves, executes musicians with anti-aircraft guns, defector reveals

Kim Jong Un’s officials plucked teenage girls from North Korean schools to serve as the leader’s sex slaves, indulged in a gluttonous lifestyle while his people starved and ordered public executions that turned into horrific shows of violence, a North Korean defector revealed.

Hee Yeon, who fled Pyongyang in 2015 and now lives in Seoul, told The Mirror about the years she spent living in constant fear of Kim Jong Un since the ruthless dictator took control of North Korea in 2011.

“Despite our privilege we were scared. I saw terrible things in Pyongyang,” Hee Yeon said.

In what heinous example, she recalled standing in a crowd of 10,000 people assembled to watch the execution of 11 musicians who allegedly made a pornographic video. Security guards ordered the viewers to leave their classes and stand in a stadium around the men, who were tied up and gagged.

“What I saw that day made me sick in my stomach. They were lashed to the end of anti-aircraft guns,” she said. “A gun was fired, the noise was deafening, absolutely terrifying. And the guns were fired one after the other.”

She added: “The musicians just disappeared each time the guns were fired into them. Their bodies were blown to bits, totally destroyed, blood and bits flying everywhere…and then, after that, military tanks moved in and they ran over the bits on the ground where the remains lay."

Same, especially after many defectors were caught lying.

It's sad to see one of the members of this board falling for these stories over and over again.

I might have considering believing some of them, but they went to far with the feeding babies to dogs thing.  I can't think of anyone short of an utterly insane lunatic, that would do that.

Kim might be one, but all of the guards at his prisons, too?  Naaaaaah.

I agree.  I believe there are lots, and lots of human rights violations in North Korea but the reality is that the truth can be boring.

The anti-aircraft guns thingy was already going far enough imo. I mean that part looks like a movie script written by a 12 years old.

This type of propaganda has been used numerous times before to sway the population in case of a conflict.  It's unfortunate that the population is too stupid to realize this.

Is sad that people assume things when a topic is posted for discussion.  And that is why I posted this, to discuss. So no, I did not fall for anything. I did but even comment yet so assume an you want.

Of course just a topic for discussion. I am being some of these things are bs and I'm sure some are not. But I'm not going to say they all are fake or true. Sure they hold some weight and claims of mistreatment have been going on for decades.  Take from it will and stays. :-)

Agreed. And thanks for the comment and no name calling because you disagree unlike what some people here like to do.

Personally I thought some of these things were far fetched and posted this to try and have a meaningful debate.

If memory serves, a citizen of England CAN travel to New Korea, (source Top Gear North Korea) and if this was indeed true, I'm sure we would have heard a more detailed report, sooner. So I stand with @FloatingFatMan do not take seriously.

Sure you did.  Two posts an hour apart without a single comment.

I had a quick scan through the link you provided (admittedly, very quick) yes it has some extreme even bullshine rules, but, like most regimes, if someone wanted to get news out to the western medias, someone always finds a way, and a recognised entity, like the BBC (or CNN, Al Jazeera, hell any reputable news outlet), to me, is an opportunity not to be passed up if someone REALLY wanted to get their story told. A lot of media outlets would try to smuggle that news out.

But I agree, that's not to say there isn't unacceptable events happening over there.
