My tyre pressure should be 34 psi, I have got 33 psi?

Will I get an under-inflation wear on my vehicle?

The TPMS cannot get the right number, no matter how I try?

All 4 tyres filled at 34 psi, nearest I can get it is 33 psi on all 4 tyres.

33 is fine, if you need to be at 34. Keep in mind pressure changes with temperatures, so your TPMS might be triggered with temperature changes. Have you also tried recalibrating your TPMS, and driving for a while?

1psi isn't going to make that much difference....5 on the other hand isn't so good.  Believe it or not, when driving your tires can fluctuate quite a few psi.   I don't worry too much about it until the light goes on, which is about 5 psi short.

There will be a sticker somewhere on the car, probably inside one of the doors, that tells you the recommended tyre pressures.

As above, 1psi won't be a problem.

At 33psi that's right about where it should be on cold tires. Nothing to worry about.
