Unable to rename files/folders with the small icon view

I installed the fall creators update yesterday via the official media creation tool. After updating  I noticed  I cannot rename files/folders (right click/F2) if the selected view is small icons. All 4 of my windows machines have this issue (64bit) so I thought maybe something went wrong with the upgrade. I did a clean install on one of the machines and the issue is still present. I think we need to verify if it's an issue with most of our windows 10 installs so we can get the windows team to address the issue.
