+Zagadka Subscriber² Posted October 20, 2017 Subscriber² Share Posted October 20, 2017 Tried this with Chrome, FF, and Edge. Right after the FCU installed, none of them will load Netflix. They still load YouTube and Amazon Video. Chrome just gives a black screen, FF gives the Netflix error screen of a playback error (code F7701-1003, which has to do with Widevine, with which I have no experience). Everything is updated and whitelisted. Worked fine on both browsers right before the FCU.
Daedroth
I'm running Windows 10 FCU and Chrome 62.0.3202.62 and Netflix is working correctly for me. Have you tried disabling any add-ons or using Incognito mode?
+Zagadka Subscriber² Posted October 20, 2017 Author Subscriber² Share Posted October 20, 2017 Using Chrome 62.0.3202.62 primarily. Netflix throws an error when you use Incognito etc. Since it is a cross-symptom browser-wise, I'm thinking some level of Windows changed.

+Zagadka Subscriber² Posted October 22, 2017 Author Subscriber² Share Posted October 22, 2017 Netflix support suggested it was a dual monitor setup problem. Which I don't quite buy, but that is what they were looking into for the error. Good news is that I got the app to work. Mando 1 Share
