Today Windows update had sent out a new driver update to all of my systems which happen to all be AMD home built systems and all part of the Insider Preview builds.  I'm only assuming they've fixed the "Bug Check" issue they had with the previous release of Windows 17035 and have now pushed this out to folks with AMD processors for this coming weeks release or preview build.
