With Edge being a requirement, you will be somewhat limited to what services will work. It seems Xmarks is the best choice, unless there is another extension hiding in the store.

Hi, guys! I've just found the solution how to use xmarks with Edge through Internet Explorer! You just install xmarks for IE and enable Edge policy to keep Favorites in sync with IE (their bookmarks will be always the same). To access the policy in Windows 10 press Win+R, type gpedit.msc and press OK. In Local Group Policy Editor navigate to User Configuration > Administrative Templates > Windows Components > Microsoft Edge and enable Keep favorites in sync between Internet Explorer and Microsoft Edge. That's all, now sing out current PC user and sign in again to take effect.
