I voted Reformat? Ha! not because i don't know what it is, but because I don't do it. Why would you need to if nothing is seriously wrong?

I've had this installation of XP since July, with very little problems. I'll probably reformat when Service Pack 2 comes out.

For me it always seems to be about 6-8 months, only installing what I need etc.. But usually if the pc needs it, I will reformat asap, so it really depends. Though it always seems to be stupid "OS decay" from over use

I try for every 2-4 months, but since I don't image my XP installs it usally every 6 months or when there's a major problem.. or just general 'slow-ness'... my laptop on the other hand.. haha... like every month.. damn thing

I reformat my Windows XP Partition about every few weeks.

That's because I do unattended XP Installation testing. Some program ****ed up my main installation so I used my unattended XP CD to restore it. All information (productID, name, region, etc put in automatically and my favourite programs automatically installed!) Cleaner than a ghost image as everything is set the way I want it on a very clean installation.
