Just ordered XBOX one S, can I watch free HD over the air on it? If so, How?

Hey everyone. I could use some help. If this topic is in the wrong place, I am sorry. I could not find a gaming forum to post in. If there is one, please move this for me.

 

Like the title explains, I just ordered an XBOX one S as part of Microsofts 12 days of deals, can I watch free HD over the air on it? If so, How?

 

Is there a built in tuner? Also what would be a good antennae to use? Would I need to run it to some sort of reciever before plugging in VIA HDMI to the back of the console, then running HDMI to display?

 

Any help would / pointers would be greatly appreciated.

I don't think you can on any console.

Admittedly my knowledge on Xboxes is very limited, as my last Xbox was a 360, but I don't remember reading anything about tuners in the newer ones neither.

im sure I saw a usb adapter from MS to allow antennae connection.

You can get a freeview usb tuner for you Xbox. They cost about £7
