techbeck Posted December 21, 2017 Share Posted December 21, 2017 (edited) So far, every Dell e6420 latpop I upgraded to Win10 from Win7 and then to 1709, the PC restarts to a BSOD. Long story short, the update converts the system partition from NTFS to RAW. I see programs to buy to retrieve data from the drive, but they cost money. I have been burned before buying programs and then they turn out not to work and no response from the vendor. Anyway, any ideas on this one?
