I've added a few people I've found via LFG (although never really played with any of them again) so it could help you find others to play with.

 

What kind of weird schedule do you have that means you can't organise regular sessions with peeps?

I regularly travel to Europe during the work week with little notice and it's during the weekday evenings that I find the most time to play. Weekends I always have things on, so it's more difficult.
