So much for ZUMA interrupting SpaceX's flow....

GovSat-1 (officially LuxGovSat-1) is a joint venture between SES and the government of Luxembourg.

Core: 1032.2 Flight Proven (NROL-76)
Landing: ASDS (?)

Satellite bus: Orbital-ATK GEOStar 
Mass: 4200kg
Status: at launch site, being fuelled

Launch Date: January 30, 2018
Launch Window: 1623-1837 EST (2123-2337 GMT)

Expendable.  Though I wonder if they'll "soft land" it into the pond (like Iridium 4)
