DiEMOS,

Sorry, I missed your email altogether. Check your email.

Tweaker

This theme has so many bugs and aliased graphics it isn't even funny anymore.

really? so why dont you post some of these bugs so i can fix them and make the theme better?

i know button sizing is a problem... but of course i can make ****ty buttons with no leds and everything will be perfect, in fact i can fix every bug if i change it to simpler design.... if thats what you want thats what u'll get its not a problem, i just though u wanted something a bit different then other themes.

bascily, i'm trieng to fix all the bugs without changing any design....

for all i know the major bug is sizing of the buttons and slight color problems here and there(which will be fixed very soon)...thats it...

if anyone would like to inform me of other bugs then please do :)

DiEMOS,

Actually the problem with the button is probably sizing and design. The button needs to be about 25 x 116. Right now it is 37 x 119. However, even if you get to the right size I think people are still going to find fault that the fonts are going to run longer then the button and into the LED area. Try resizing first and see what happens.

Here are some bugs.

I can easily find more.... but I'm not gonna spend more time on this. It is full of inconsistent elements and weird sizing bugs.

If you can't find them yourself you probably can't solve them either... most of them are soooo obvious.

Your buttons with leds are distracting in the first place (why so much different colors? why leds in the first place on a button?) and totally breaking the msstyle format. You did something that can't be done nicely in the msstyle format..... so don't use it then. Then your checkboxes don't look good either.

lol, ok...RADIOBUTTONS.... NOT DONE... read the readme... the blue button on the buttom right screenshot is not done... hense the word BETA!!(which by the way is done in the new update)....the scrollbar is exactly the way it is suppost to be... check winamp5..color scheme window and see how it is there...exactly the way i have it... ..button sizing... umm i think everyone knows that there is a problem with sizing, right?

TABS.... are exactly the way i want them to be... yes they are suppost to touch each other... yes they are all blue(for now), and yes there should be NO line beneath the selected tab... because then it dosnt look good and breaks the whole design...

"Your buttons with leds are distracting in the first place (why so much different colors? why leds in the first place on a button?) and totally breaking the msstyle format." ............why use them? lol because they are part of the winamp modern skin... because they look nice, because they fit the syle.. and plenty more reasons why....

checkboxes? yea i know they dont look good, eventually i will change them, they are just pain in you know what to make..... but thats not a bug correct? its just your opinion... same way as i can say xp amps buttons are horrible... its not a bug though....

so yea don't spend any more time on finding more, and don't even reply in this thread, because i don't think anyone needs your smartass remarks.

First of all if the thing isnt't even ready what the hell is it doing in the "Completed Visual Styles" section then???

(afraid that Noodle would steal your sunshine if you didn't release it asap??)

Bottom right screenshot isn't only about the button not done... it is about the captionbar buttons being misaligned too.

The scrollbar is exactly what you want? Why does it look like crap on the right side then? It isn't even aligned correctly (shifts a pixel to the left).

About those buttons.... it's fine that you want it this way, but I can tell you that you will never get it right. The msstyle format isn't made for weird constructions like this. Plus as long as you don't make those shadows alpha blended (you just 'hard coded' it on a grey background) it will keep looking like crap in for example Internet Explorer.... or any program that doesn't use a grey background.

The tabs touch eachother... fine, but why is there missing a (black) pixel at the point they touch?

If you can't take critics then don't ask for bugreports or opinions. In my opinion you have an awefull lot to do to make this into something decent.... and now that you have like 8 (?) color variations you have made even harder for yourself.

Good luck.....

EDIT: If I want to reply on a thread I just do that.... not you or anyone can stop me from doing that. If you don't like it that is your problem... not really mine.

Edited by Schmoove

misaligned buttons... that will be fixed, i have not even noticed it...

scrollbars? that is allready fixed in the next update... i noticed that right after beta one.8

tabs are not suppost to have those pixels between them because it will give them that effect that they are moving up and down when they are selected...

yes i know the buttons CANNOT be fixed... that is why they will be replaced.

oh yea and i CAN take critics, I just don't appriciate smartass remarks such as yours. If you want to post some bugreport, you can just reply and post a screenshot... and not just reply with "This theme has so many bugs and aliased graphics it isn't even funny anymore. "- nobody needs that ****... If you can do a better theme then do it, I don't need luck from you or your replys, but as you said you can reply as many times as you want... so you do that :)

acting like 14 year old child...really?

Schmoove if you have something smart to say, why don't you PM me. Since I don't want this to turn into some kind of a flame war or whatever you call it.

Schmoove please don't reply in this thread again, unless you have something informative to say. thank you.

ps. about the theme, trillain and samurize skin is works ;)

    • Dragon's Dogma 2: Dark Arisen expansion to bring snowy region, new updates also coming by Pulasthi Ariyasinghe Capcom had a surprise waiting for Dragon's Dogma fans today in the Nintendo Direct presentation. The company revealed an expansion for the second installment with a name that should be familiar to series veterans. Coming later this year, Dragon's Dogma 2: Dark Arisen is promising a massive new region to explore, new monsters, fresh skills to learn, and more. The studio says players will be heading to the Northern region of the world, named Norgan, to find new secrets about an undying "Fallen Dragon." There will be forgotten relics that the protagonist can find to unlock fresh weapons and skills the expansion is introducing. Players will also be able to find mysterious equipment from a previous Arisen as a part of the expansion, all part of 12 Lost Rites Dungeon Challenges they must complete to gain access. In Neowin's own review, I found Dragon's Dogma 2 to be an impressive RPG when it launched back in 2024, giving the title an 8.5/10 for its class variants, companion system, and immersive exploration. "Once a prosperous region of the kingdom of Vermund, it was abandoned many years ago for reasons unknown," says Capcom about the new region. "Long has it been since any soul traveled its paths. Blanketed in heavy snow, these frigid lands are home to savage hordes and creatures of unbelievable power. Those who are capable of vanquishing such fearsome foes, or those who possess a keen eye for exploration, will find themselves rewarded with powerful relics." Dragon’s Dogma 2: Dark Arisen expansion launches on October 9, 2026, with a $29.99 price tag. Ahead of the expansion release, Capcom is also planning to release two free updates to the base game. The first will land tomorrow, June 10, bringing more accessible fast travel with an Eternal Ferrystone and other quality-of-life adjustments. The second update will land sometime in August, aiming to improve frame rates, add more save slots, and bring even more community-requested adjustments. This expanded Dark Arisen edition is also launching on the Nintendo Switch 2 on the same day the content comes to PC, Xbox Series X|S, and PlayStation 5.
    • Classic themes are just the colors on the bar like the olden days, if you use the image themes, it does fancy transparent backgrounds and it makes the elements of the app look like they are transparent bubbles. This sample image shows what it looks like.
    • Good point, unfortunately. NextDNS has far more filters and workarounds than uBlock, and it's easy to implement.
    • Windows 10 KB5094127 Patch Tuesday improves File Explorer search and more by Taras Buria The June 2026 Patch Tuesday updates are here, bringing mandatory patches to users with PCs enrolled in the Extended Security Update program for Windows 10. Microsoft is rolling out KB5094127, with build numbers 19045.7417 and 19044.7417. Changelog includes the following: [File Explorer] This update improves File Explorer search, including support for Chinese text, and UTF 8–encoded files without a byte order mark (BOM). Text now displays more clearly and consistently across search results, Content view, and tooltips. [Secure Boot] This update enables dynamic status reporting for Secure Boot states in Windows Security App. This update adds a new policy setting, LimitSecureBootRequiredServiceData, under Computer Configuration > Administrative Templates > Windows Components > Secure Boot. When this setting is enabled, Windows limits the Secure Boot service data it sends by suppressing the event normally sent to Microsoft. This policy is also included in the Windows Restricted Traffic Limited Functionality Baseline package. For information about the policy, see Manage connections from Windows 10 and Windows 11 operating system components to Microsoft services. With this update, Windows quality updates include additional high confidence device targeting data, increasing coverage of devices eligible to automatically receive new Secure Boot certificates. Devices receive the new certificates only after demonstrating sufficient successful update signals, maintaining a controlled and phased rollout. As for known bugs, Microsoft has the following to say: A workaround is available in the official documentation. Today's updates are available for PCs enrolled in the Extended Security Updates program only. If your PC is eligible, you can download the update from Settings > Windows Update or from the Microsoft Update Catalog here.
