My router support IPTV/VLAN. What for?

Hi guys. I am using the TP-LINK Archer C7 at home and it works great. And I checked the features and this router supports IPTV/VLAN.

I have IPTV from the ISP provided from there modem on a separate network point sent to a IPTV receiver provided by them. I am just wondering if there is any change of making use of this router feature. Which as a result, I can make there IPTV receiver receiving content from the network cable to wireless?

Note:

  1. I checked the IPTV receiver manual and it is supporting Wireless network.
  2. The ISP could not be supporting this.

Please advice me. And thank you.
