I didn't see any news on the fairing, did they attempt a recovery? Was it successful?

No word yet.

 

Serious fairing tests are from Vandenberg since Mr Steven is moored at the Port of LA. They'll do basic chute tests from KSC, but the fairing gets wet which is not good.
