English to Spanish translator that works offline

I am searching for a translator that translates text --preferrably in real-time--that translates English to Spanish and vice versa OFFLINE...for either Kali Linux or Windows 7.

I found a decent translator BUT it only translates if you have internet connection....

Google translate on the cell phone can translate offline, providing that you download the offline dictionary.
