It isn't officially released yet (still in beta), so you'll have to wait a bit for it. 2. There's tons of places for wallpaper online. http://www.deviantart.com/ http://themexp.org/ http://www.digitalcraving.com/ And thousands of others (those are just a few randomly chosen from my favorites folder to get you started. 3. I'm sure it's possible (see the html desktop thread to see what someone else has done), but no, I have no idea how or where to advise you to begin learning.
