Understood, however it cannot do what you want it to do. Even the built in capabilities of a i5 7500k with an onboard Intel HD Graphics 630 is capable of a max resolution of 4096x2160 @ 60Hz https://www.neweggbusiness.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=9B-0N6-00ZF-000Y1&nm_mc=KNC-GoogleBiz-PC&cm_mmc=KNC-GoogleBiz-PC-_-pla-_-Desktop+PC-_-9B-0N6-00ZF-000Y1&gclid=CjwKCAjw_tTXBRBsEiwArqXyMvHcXoy-AyOcTW1WIZi42BpTCu6Q9fNrzeGCXLlhhivU4YVcGkeahRoCXBQQAvD_BwE&gclsrc=aw.ds 14 minutes ago, Mindovermaster said: Least he has an SSD... I am going for something which can work with my 550ti Gtx card and this card can support the resolution up to 2550 x1440. This will be ok with me. I have dell IPS panel in mind.... What makes you think it won't work? That is awful old, but I have used computers in the 7 year range and haven't had problems. What is the specific model of your motherboard? Honestly, I think 1080p is fine for most stuff in the 27" and less range, just want to make sure you get what you want out of this.

mkol
Here is a link of what I am looking at, I have mini HDMI connection on my 550GTX ti will it be ok with it? http://www.dell.com/en-uk/shop/dell-ultrasharp-27-monitor-with-premiercolor-up2716d/apd/210-agtu/monitors-monitor-accessories

Make sure you understand that the vast majority of humanity has 8 bit panels and so the Web color range is designed around 8 bit. So if you do web coding you need to be aware that what you see is NOT what most people see and use various pallet aids to keep your designs within 8 bit. Well worth the trouble to own a better viewing experience. HDMI can have issues with hi res, the proper signal to use is Display Port, but your card probably has DVI outputs. HDMI might work no problem or it might not. Need to check you HDMI version of transmitter on video card, the cable itself and the receiver in the Dell. mkol
After a lot of thinking I am going to go for this one. Don't want to for an expensive one. Or neither I want to upgrade my graphic card.
