metallithrax Posted May 11, 2018 Share Posted May 11, 2018 Hi Guys We have a new laptop at work and the person using it has connected 2 extra monitors but is having a problem with scaling on them. Below is the information he sent me: I have a laptop MSI GP62MVR 7RFX Leopard Pro with a display of 1920x1080 set at 120% scaling which is good. I have x2 additional screens attached. HDMI: Dell S2415H 1920 x 1080 Mini Display Port: Dell U2312HM 1920x1080 These work well at 100% scaling. However when i boot into windows it overrides scaling and sets the additional screens at 175%, i want to try and force this to MSI Panel 125% HDI 100% MDP 100% As a note the x2 externals use the Nvidia 1060 graphics card while the MSI panel uses the inbuilt intel. Is there a way using a script at boot, or a registry tweak or some other setting that can make the required settings stick? Any help with this would be gratefully appreciated.
