Safari 1.2 coming soon...

Sigh, I'm tired.. I _meant_ to get the path of an image, for linking etc.. ? la properties in the IE right-click menu.

What's wrong with right-click - copy image location to clipboard?

9/10 times if you want the path for the image you want to copy it somewhere else anyway (how often do you say "I wonder what server that's on?" without the intention to do something with that information).

If you're interested in the image itself then "open image in new windows" is good stuff too.

At first I missed having the right-click properties window (or ctrl-click - get info window as it would be on os x) but I quickly realized that 95% of the functionality was already available. There has been the occasional time I've been interested in the dimensions of an image - but that is when I'm making sure peoples signatures don't exceed the file size limits of the board I moderate: it's hardly a common case.

:( Was stupid and installed it, now my search doesnt work.

I really didn't notice one thing different in OSX, but safari is pretty cool with the downloads.

Now I gotta format.

The fast search is the only thing broken that I have found in 10.3.3. Apple + F Still works fine.

You dont need to format, just run the downgrader. Oh wait, you warezed it and dont have it...

If you really had an ADC account, you would have access to the downgrader that would remove 10.3.3 fixing the search for you.

If you have other reasons to format, that is cool, but I have never had to format with OS X :p

My Safari (1.1.1) doesn't have that o_O?

Woops, my bad. I was in firebird when I was looking at that option.

Now the question is: why isn't that in safari?

EDIT:

in fact it wasn't even there. Now where the hell did I dream up that feature from, and why isn't it in safari?

off to the feedback page...

I've seen it in Safari, in some instances - you didn't dream it up. I just can't rememeber where, either.
