EA announces FIFA 19, contains UEFA Champions League

At its Play conference during E3 2018, EA has announced the latest iteration of its flagship football franchise, FIFA. FIFA 19 will be available later this year, and will contain the coveted UEFA Champions League mode previously exclusive to PES.

Similar to FIFA 18, FIFA 19 will also feature Real Madrid star Cristiano Ronaldo as its cover star. While we didn't get a look at gameplay, the company did show off a cinematic trailer made with the help of Hans Zimmer, complete with the UEFA Champions League theme. You can view it below:

FIFA 19 will be available on Xbox One, PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, and the PC on September 28, 2018. If you preorder the Champions Edition, you'll get access to the title three days early.

Furthermore, with the FIFA World Cup beginning soon as well, EA has included the mode in its current FIFA 18 offering too. Gamers can download it and play it free of cost through EA Origin on PC.
