nukenorman
I am thinking about upgrading to windows 10 pro to get bitlocker to encrypt some data. My question is once I encrypt the data on a windows 10 pro machine can the data be unencrypted ( read ) by a regular windows 10 home machine? I would like to have the data to be able to be read on windows 10 home machines as well. I tried to Google search this but could not find any answers

+Biscuits Brown MVC Posted June 14, 2018 MVC Share Posted June 14, 2018 Once you start the bitlocked PC and log in, the keys are available to the OS and the data on the drive/share will be accessible from another machine.
