0 noir
How about a link back to the regular page? The way this page opens in a new window (from www.revlimit.us) is just annoying.
0 +Dick Montage Subscriber² Posted January 30, 2004 Subscriber² Share Posted January 30, 2004 Hmmm, there is no "design" there, it's just white text on a black background.
0 ThunderThor
#1. The blog should have a link back to the main page. #2. Archive some of the blogs. Once you get over into the next months or so, no one in there right mind will want to scroll down an entire page to see your posts. #3. Its really plain much like the rest of your site layout. You are just using such a small space, which is just "typing some text." Anyone can do that, simple of a "layout"/"design." Do something no one else has done "think outside the box." 0 .Atlantis
There are 2 types of minimalism. 1 is the sleek and stylish. the other is the content-less and plain. Yours is the latter. Edited February 1, 2004 by BOOGSoftball
0 Sophism
I think ur design needs more work. Its not very creative but i guess it gets the job done. As for your site. I like it.
0 rpm
Thanks.. In the future no one needs to comment on RevLimit as there be a thread for that when I am done with the design :shifty: I'm going to add a link back and archive weekly ;)
0 Ritalin
The design needs a little work, the rest is decent i guess
0 Mark Otto
your blog has no design. it is black with some text and pictures for your content with your "ever shifting "life" and it just doesnt flow. you need to add something that will make it stand out, not hard to look at. the black and white minimalistic look is ok but it just does cut it. i dont like the font either, and the white bars need to be replaced with something more flowing, especially with a blog. 0 rpm
What kind of font would you recommend guys? I like the Verdana now but elw3rdio has told me he wouldn't use that.. So if you all could give me a recommendation perf. to the ones windows includes by default I'd appreciate it.
0 [bear]
I would recommend a site design.. the blog is a blank page with text.. What is there to review here?? You don't even technically have to use any real html tags to put text on a site.

0 .Atlantis
Bah, some helped and some flamed. Some did both. But we all still think of RPM as someone who likes to be victimised and be center of attention Anyways on topic: As I have said time and time again, there is no style to it. It's plain. Try using some CSS techniques towards the linking system, or at least have colours which are nice to look at. And the whole website is too dark. Try starting again, with something more sustainable. 0 rpm
.Atlantis.. I have told you and everyone I certiantly don't like to be victimised at ALL! Back on topic: I'll try some CSS.
