How To Share a Windows Folder on My PC With a Relative Who Lives Somewhere Else

Guys I am a little rusty when it comes to network sharing. I want to give access to a folder in my computer to my brother who does not lives with me. How can I do that? Is there a software I need to download for that or what? Your help and suggestion is appreciated. Thanks.

Just get drop box or One Drive and share it with whomever you want.

well you could setup openvpn and set up another account and give him access to only that folder

If you don't mind sharing screens. You can use something like anydesk which will let you share files directly between the computers once you connect.  Its free and this way the file transfer from you to him without having the files stored somewhere else.
