Depends where you live and what you need. Pioneer BDR-XD05B 6x Slim Portable USB 3.0 Blu-Ray Burner (Black) - Supports BDXL/BD/DVD/CD is under $100 https://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/ASIN/B00OD39P6A and has a great rating on Amazon, it also has CyberLink Media Suite 10 license in the box and supports Blu-Ray write too. That deal is great if the company is based in the US but if it isn't you'll need to look at what it costs in your own region.
