Sydb
These are on my two year old. He doesn’t seem to itch them. I did notice he’s been acting crankier since I’ve noticed them. (Coincidence probably). We were outside for the fourth. They are both on his left leg. I just can’t find what could have bit him, and if I should be worried! -thank you. Jim K Global Moderator Posted July 7, 2018 Global Moderator Share Posted July 7, 2018 Just monitor it to see if it gets worse. I mean, it is 2 days post bite and it really doesn't look that bad. If worried ... go see the doc. Sydb 1 Share
Mindovermaster Moderator Posted July 7, 2018 Moderator Share Posted July 7, 2018 Yeah, that's a spider bite. Just do what Jim says. Just keep an eye on it. Sydb 1 Share
+Biscuits Brown MVC Posted July 9, 2018 MVC Share Posted July 9, 2018 Looks like they could also be either fire ant bites or chiggers (I've had both of these in the last few weeks...) the local news here is North Texas has been warning about a banner year for chiggers so that's what I'd bet on. Can't be a chigger. Their bites are very small. I'd doubt its a fire ant, too. A fire ant bite would be a burning sensation.
