Should be in the software support site or the linux section, or better yet on the ipb forums But seems pretty obvious you don't have permission to write to where the file is trying to be written by the account trying to write it.. What linux you running this on, what version of ipb you running? 4.2.0 - 4.2.9? What httpd are you using to serve it?
