Last Tuesday was Patch Tuesday, the day that Microsoft releases new updates for all supported versions of Windows. It's only been six days since then, but a couple of versions of the OS are betting more updates today.
If you're on the Windows 10 April 2018 Update, or version 1803, you're going to get KB4464218, and that brings the build number to 17134.286. You can manually download it here, and it contains the following fix:
Addresses a Microsoft Intune issue that occurs after installing any of the updates released between July 24, 2018 and September 11, 2018. Windows no longer recognizes the Personal Information exchange (PFX) certificate that’s used for authenticating to a Wi-Fi or VPN connection. As a result, Microsoft Intune takes a long time to deliver user profiles because it doesn’t recognize that the required certificate is on the device.
If your PC is on the Windows 10 Fall Creators Update, or version 1709, you're going to get KB4464217, and that's going to bring the build number to 16299.666. You can manually download it here. It contains the same fix as above, along with another. Here's the full changelog:
Addresses an issue that may prevent a VPN connection from establishing for some users that are using VPN with IKEv2. The connection fails with the error, “Remote Access Error 809.”

Of course, you don't have to install any of them manually if you don't want to. Windows Update will do it automatically if you're not in a rush.
