Turning off the 'Turn on Windows Firewall' alert

I dont think the firewall notification alone can be disabled. You may be able to disable ALL security notifications however with 

 

HKCU\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Notifications\Settings\ Windows.SystemToast.SecurityAndMaintenance\Enabled = 0 

 

Alternately you could simply just turn it back on. There isn't any reason NOT to. It has matured into a rather full featured software firewall.
