Does this type of pantry app exist?

I am looking for an app(iOS) or website that allows me to add ingredients from my pantry/fridge/freezer into it along with custom recipes and inform me whether I have all of the ingredients or not. I know there are apps and websites out there that allow you to add your ingredients and they will generate recipes  based on what you have, or a few missing items and tell you. However, I haven't found one where I can add in my own recipes or ingredient needs and know whether I have them or not in an instant. Any suggestions?
