Mindovermaster Share Posted December 14, 2018 I want to point this out. This is from a FB group. Quote My daughter just had a Windows 10 issue: She was typing a document and three hours ago Windows asked when it could do an update, she said 8:30. At 8:30 it didn't ask again, just updated, cleared the cache and restarted, leaving 3 hours of work gone, the Word backup files are just 127 bytes (a header only, I figure). I haven't had this specific issue as I avoid Windows 10 like the Immune Deficiency Syndrome that it is, and usually save every few minutes, any idea what happened to her auto backups? She has been trying to find them for a half hour, opening every doc on her laptop so any chance of recovering a deleted file is slim.... Teaches you one thing backup and SAVE. EVERYTHING. 1 Share
zhangm Supervisor Share Posted December 14, 2018 Isn't there a feature to automatically save?

sc302 Veteran Share Posted December 14, 2018 One drive office365 auto saves automatically every second in one drive enabled folders. You have to save the first time though to that folder. I also have revision history.
