I recently buy 4G CAT1 serial modem, and it's not working correctly well. I hire a technical guy, and he configured it and its work yesterday but now it's not working how I can fix it? Why would you not be contacting this tech you hired? Not sure how you expect anyone here to help you with the zero amount of info given. Its like you went to the mechanic and just said car is broke..
