while trying to start kgpg on commandline - i run in ownership issues

good evening dear experts

on a fresh and new installation of Manjaro 18.02 - with all the updates  that i achieved due to the command i found here:

Adding a number to -f/--fasttrack command will return a number of up-to-date and responsive mirrors

 

 sudo pacman-mirrors --fasttrack 5 && sudo pacman -Syyu


i additionally installed kgpg via octopi:

finally i wanted to start kgpg via commandline - and got back the following
while trying to start kgpg on commandline

[martin-pc martin]# kgpg -k
QStandardPaths: wrong ownership on runtime directory /run/user/1000, 1000 instead of 0
QStandardPaths: wrong ownership on runtime directory /run/user/1000, 1000 instead of 0
