Patch Tuesday was February 12 last month, and as usual, Microsoft released updates for all supported versions of Windows. But these days, the firm also tends to release other cumulative updates later in the month. A week later, cumulative updates were offered for Windows 10 versions 1607, 1703, 1709, and 1803.
But obviously, the Windows 10 October 2018 Update, or version 1809, was left out. That changes today, as Microsoft released KB4482887, which brings the build number to 17763.348. You can manually download it here, and it contains the following fixes:

After installing this update, Internet Explorer 11 may have authentication issues. This occurs when two or more people use the same user account for multiple, concurrent login sessions on the same Windows Server machine, including Remote Desktop Protocol (RDP) and Terminal Server logons. Create unique user accounts so that two people don’t share the same user account when logging on to a Windows Server machine. Additionally, disable multiple RDP sessions for a single user account for a specific Windows Server. Microsoft is working on a resolution and will provide an update in an upcoming release. |
Interestingly, this isn't the first update in the past month to have issues with Internet Explorer. A previous update broke the ability to view some images, although that was fixed rather quickly.
To download today's update, you can either install the package manually or head over to Windows Update and check for updates.
