So found out this morning my 8 year old grand daughter will be attending 8 classes with https://www.codeninjas.com/

As part of her after school boys and girls club..

See seems pretty excited about it, and I can not find much info about the actual curriculum... Has anyone had kids or grandkids in this program that can say anything about it with some detail of what they actually are going to be doing?  I did a bit of research on it while we were talking this morning (video over alexa - they moved to CA last summer).. And her face lit up when I mentioned they use minecraft and roblox

From their FAQ

--

What’s in the Code Ninjas curriculum?

Our curriculum teaches kids to code using games that they already know and love, such as Scratch®, Minecraft®, and Roblox®. They are not just passively playing games – they are building games – and have a great time doing it. It is divided into levels, from white to black belt, that kids advance through as they build their coding skills.

Any insight good or bad is welcome... Thanks... I sure hope she enjoys it!
